How can I allow Exam4 to use the camera and screen recording on my Mac?

If you've received this message:

You must allow Exam4 to record using the camera, or to record the screen, and correct the permissions by following the steps below:

1. Click the Proceed button if you haven't already done so.  If Exam4 is still open, close Exam4 directly by clicking the "Quit" button. 
2. Click on the Apple menu and select System Preferences.
3. Type "camera" into the search field.
   
4. Click on the Privacy tab, scroll down the list on the left, and select the permission that needs to be corrected; such as, "Camera".
5. On the right, enable the switch next to the Exam4 app to grant permission.
   
6. Relaunch Exam4 and take your exam.
